The Joint-Organisations met at Hong Kong Education University for the Opening Ceremony cum Teacher Workshop I of the RITHA Specialists Training (RITHA - Phase 1) for participating teachers.

The Project is “Enhancing Equality in Learning Opportunity – Develop effective school-based enrichment programmes for under-achievers with high ability in low social economic status” which is co-sponsored by Oxfam Hong Kong and Centaline Charity Foundation. The Project Team includes 3 parties with the Centre for Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education (CSENIE), Faculty of Education and Human Development (FEHD) , The Education University of Hong Kong being the host, Radboud Centre for Social Sciences, Radboud University being the trainer, and IEA being the administrator cum fund-raiser.

There are a total of 15 schools with 30 teachers participating in this project and about 150 students are beneficiaries.
