MISSION
Inspire Education Association is in the business of changing and shaping lives. The work we do at our organisation is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.
What We Do
SUPPORT ON CAREER READINESS
In addition to organising education programmes, we also help prepare students of senior secondary and tertiary make the transition into working life.
IEA provides not only the essential soft skills within a job such as communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, time management, and stress management, but also opportunities of apprenticeships, internships, and mentorship.
Experience beats the classroom when it comes to the real world, and these transferrable skills and experiences give students the edge they need to land jobs or to pave their own path.
RESEARCH AND ADVOCACY
IEA promotes a culture of evidence-based decision-making by conducting reliable surveys or researches to find out the educational needs of students.
IEA strives to recommend solutions and develop responsive services and programmes with relevant professionals to support the growth of our future leaders.
Our current research and advocacy focuses include but not limited to special educational needs, inclusive education, diversified learning and social development.
EDUCATION
We address the gaps in Hong Kong's education system with innovative, practical and replicable interventions, encompassing a wide range of ages and backgrounds.
Understanding that students have diverse educational needs, we provide support for all, including those from the Special Educational Needs sector.
To ensure students are exposed to various learning stimuli, IEA renders multiple services to schools, including providing programmes for Other Learning Experiences and partnering opportunities with other education organizations and NGOs.
To empower the young generation to aspire, lead, excel in education, and build social cohesion.
