Buddhist for resilience
A pilot programme for primary school and secondary school
The three-session programme aims to develop inner strength and resilience in young people in Hong Kong in light of a rising tendency of mental anguish following COVID-19, particularly in adolescence. The programme serves as a pilot study for children to develop insights into their problems, embrace wholeness and full range of experience, cultivate compassion for self and others, which ultimately lead to a better resilience and mental wellbeing. It also incorporates the core components of Buddhist/spiritual teaching and meditation.
